Viewing Platform
Construction on the viewing platform in Dungeness Landing County Park
(aka the Oysterhouse),
started Dec. 12, 2005 and was essentially complete on Mar. 21, 2006.
OPAS held a dedication ceremony on Sat, Apr 15, 2006, with President
Kendra Donelson cutting the ribbon.
Many thanks to the numerous contributors of materials, tools, and labor
to the platform construction effort, including:
OPAS members, Clallam County Parks, Sunrise Rotary, Clallam Co. PUD,
Clallam Co. Beach Watchers, and Clallam Co. Parks Volunteers.
